Selepas dirawat di sebuah pusat perubatan kerana kecederaan atau penyakit, proses penyembuhan dan pemulihan fizikal seseorang lebih mencabar dan lebih lama akan bermula.<\/p>\n

Bagi kebanyakan orang, mereka mengharapkan kesihatan dan tubuh mereka \"sama baiknya dengan yang baru\" semasa mendaftar keluar dari pusat perubatan. Namun, kesedaran bahawa hal ini tidak selalu terjadi dan ini akan membuatkan seseorang berasa kecewa dan juga tertekan.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The importance of a proper and comprehensive rehabilitation programme as a step-down process after treatment is often left out. It is also a common misconception to assume physiotherapy and rehabilitation are the same as the required holistic approach towards a complete rehabilitation programme is not easily available. Physiotherapy is just a component of the rehabilitation process to restore the patient\u2019s physical, mental and emotional abilities.<\/p>\n
